South Mimms, Hertfordshire
Located between the A1 and the M25, Wallace identified land at South Mimms, Hertfordshire as a suitable area for growth. This is demonstrated by the site’s inclusion within the Council’s Potential Sites for Housing and Employment (PHSE) document.
Wallace is promoting the Green Belt site for a residential development of approximately 150 homes through the Local Development Plan process. The development will include up to 40% affordable homes, green open space and seeks to enhance the extremely well-connected village.
Wallace approached the Charity who owns the land and subsequently entered a Promotion Agreement to promote the site. This gave the Charity an initial payment upon entering the agreement and will maximise the value of the site to support the Charity further.
